    TIPOLOGIA DI QUOTA ASSOCIATIVA
    Con la presente, il sottoscritto chiede di aderire all’Associazione Assoprov in qualità di Socio Ordinario, accettando integralmente lo Statuto e i regolamenti dell’Associazione.

    Il sottoscritto si impegna a versare le seguenti quote associative:

    • Quota di iscrizione una tantum: € 1.000,00 (mille/00)
    • Quota associativa annuale: € 500,00 (cinquecento/00)

    The undersigned hereby requests to join the Assoprov Association as an Ordinary Member, fully accepting the Statute and regulations of the Association.

    The undersigned undertakes to pay the following membership fees:
    • One-off membership fee: € 1,000.00 (one thousand/00)
    • Annual membership fee: € 500.00 (five hundred/00)
